All I had to do was spend a little time with my wife to find out exactly what we wanted. LTO not only delivered exactly what we wanted, but they also continued to follow-up how our experience turned out after the delivery. Unlike the Chinese used to say, "Squeeze the lemon, and throw away the skin." Their service is the opposite.
I told them exactly what I wanted, what color and what options. Although it was a 'new' model and very hard to locate, they found it, EXACTLY the one I wanted. They negotiated the sale, and all I had to do was go to the dealership and sign papers.
